Yolanda Eisenstein is committed to being a strong voice on the issues facing those most in need of fairness and protection under the law.

Yolanda’s compassion for animals and work in international human rights led her to focus her efforts on animal defense and advocacy through the practice of animal law. Her knowledge and experience in representing victims of persecution, who are often invisible to society, provide her with a unique perspective into the plight of animals.

Her previous legal work includes the representation of asylum seekers, abused children, and victims of domestic violence and human trafficking. She currently volunteers her time on legal cases, speaks on animal issues, and supports animal organizations in the community.

Yolanda is licensed to practice law in Texas and New Mexico. She is a member of the American Bar Association Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Animal Law Section, the Animal Legal Defense Fund, the Dallas Bar Association, the State Bar of Texas Animal Law Section. She volunteers for the Texas Humane Legislation Network.
